At Joe’s Dairy Bar and Grill, we create far more than just your traditional-looking ice cream cake with custom wording on top.  

We pride ourselves on being the best selection you can make in the Hudson Valley Region, let alone Dutchess County, for ice cream and ice cream cakes, and quite frankly, we’ve won regional contests up to seven years in a row for it.  (See, The Hudson Valley Magazine’s Best Of and 101.5 WPDH’s Battle of the Best).

As you scan our JDB Cake Gallery, keep in mind, yes, all the pictures are of actual Joe’s Dairy Bar & Grill products and yes, we can also work with you to create your own even more unique creations, too.

We have different sized molds:  6″ round; 8″ round; 10″ round; heart-shaped; rectangle; square; 1/4 sheet; and 1/2 sheet.  

Of course, we can do tiered cakes for large parties and special occasions including, but not limited to, weddings.  

Our talented Head Cake Designer, Susan McGivney, has an active hand in creating all of our cakes and will work with you on the delectable design for your delicious creation.
